Hello,
I ordered a couple Iphone 7's (in stock) over a week ago and I have not been able to get any other info on the order. The phones have not shipped yet nor have I received any follow up e-mails. I have talked to customer service and was told they usually ship within 2 days and to hold tight. Info in the support section confirms this statement as well. I cannot get any other info from them. My concern is that these are x-mas gifts and we are going out of town for the holidays. Is anyone else having this issue? I would just like some more info so I can better understand if they will arrive before x-mas or not…



*UPDATE* After spending 45 minutes on the phone with customer service I am extremely discouraged the ordering process. I was initally told that I did not have an order in the system but my order was already confirmed over the phone days prior when I had called. After 20 minutes they did manage to pull up my order, allegedly, off of the original order # I gave them. They informed me orders have been taking 3-5 to ship and could not explain why my order of more than a week old had not processed. I was told they could not give me any more information and to call back on the 20th if I did not receive any updates. I am leaving on the 23rd for Holiday vacation with my children and these phones are their X-mas presents so needless to say I am entering panic mode. This has not been a positive start to my Xfinity mobile experience. any suggestions?
