Hello,

I 'm a homeschool parent who has used this app on the IPAd for 5 years. Our entire homeschool co-op is now using this because I've been singing it's praises.

We are locked out of the app because I need our password again after a reset. But when I click reset password I get taken to an online page that asks for my old password in order to reset the new password. So weve been unable to use Khan academy for a few weeks. I





Please help.
