Hello,

I had set up all the bars on my account as soon as I got the phone, but had somehow managed to miss the one dealing with this type of completely honest entrepreneurialism though I'm wondering if that's because the option wasn't there when I first went through these. Phone company customer service added the bar anyway when I asked WTF with the charge, extra-annoying as I had only just topped up this morning and it took me below the renewal amount!

I've never heard of that company, my number has only been given to a fairly limited number of people but on the other hand this has only been in conjunction with a specific email address which got its first ever spam (actually a 'problem with your invoice click here' one) only an hour or so earlier, I'm sure that's completely unrelated…

So is it worth trying to get my money back or am I just going to run into their 'no refunds' policy even if I never subscribed? What are people's experiences of this sort of thing?
