Hello,

Basically it doesn't charge when I plug it into the electrical socket.

When I plug it into the electrical socket, it turns on briefly and then turns off shortly after it reaches the home screen, presumably because it has very little power in the battery. However, the battery indicator does show 25% battery remaining. Same thing happens when I switch it on without it being plugged in to the charger.

Does this sound like the battery has reached the end of its life and needs replacing?

Please help.
